Inches The Caterpillar

This is a caterpillar that I found today. It was about 5 inches long. It was kind of soft. 

It has a big barb on the end of it. It had soft little, harmless barbs on its head. I have a stuffed toy that looks a lot like it.

I let it go in a nice flower garden. I miss it.

UPDATE: I found out this is a Tomato Hornworm, and it turns into a Sphinx Moth.

    It looks cool. It is really big. I bet it eats a lot of leaves.

    It is very cute! I like caterpillars. And I am glad you let it go in the garden. It will eat and eat and eat and eat.
