Halloween Is Coming!

I just made this ATC. I used paper, punches, and ink. I like the way it turned out. I have it displayed for a Halloween decoration.

Garage Sale Finds

This is a Chinese dragon that I bought at a garage sale. It is a giant windsock. I'm going to hang it up in my room.

I found a white, plush elephant. A plush mouse. Insect flash cards. A box of shells. A jar to put some of the shells in, and a Magic Eye book.

These are the shells that were in the box. They are really shiny.

Inches The Caterpillar

This is a caterpillar that I found today. It was about 5 inches long. It was kind of soft. 

It has a big barb on the end of it. It had soft little, harmless barbs on its head. I have a stuffed toy that looks a lot like it.

I let it go in a nice flower garden. I miss it.

UPDATE: I found out this is a Tomato Hornworm, and it turns into a Sphinx Moth.

Friday Finds

These are some things I bought at an estate sale and a garage sale. A Ty Beanie Baby otter named Seaweed. A really old cookbook. A ton of old postcards in a box. The Christmas postcard pictured is from 1907! And a cute little basket.

Apple Camp

My dad signed me up to go to a mall and take lessons at the Apple Computer store. This is what I have to wear. I went there Tuesday, Monday, and I'm going there Saturday. I'm making a video of my dogs. It's so fun!

Hen and Chicks

This is a plant my Grandpa gave me. It's called Hen and Chicks. The biggest part is called the hen, and the littler ones are the chicks. It's growing very well. I really, really like it.

This is a cool bracelet I found at a thrift store. It's Noah's Ark. 

There are two tigers, two horses, and two elephants.

There are two rhinos, two zebras, and two water buffalos.  On the ark there are two giraffes and two foxes.

Happy Birthday!

I celebrated my birthday today. I had a party at a splash pad park. 

I played on a bunch of equipment. We went up and down slides.

This is where we played in the water. We also played games, ate snacks and cake. It was fun!

This is a Webkinz Leopard. Its name is Penelope. It is kind of soft. It is cuddly. It is cute. Its spots help it blend into the forest floor. I love it a lot!

Garage Sale Thrifty Nifties

These are things I got at garage sales today. I like them a lot. A very large sanddollar, some Halloween brooms, a Littlest Pet Shop Animal Hospital, a dog picture from 1910 (!), a toy horse made in England, a cool car, alphabet stickers, and a Ty case.

This is a golden charm for a necklace or charm bracelet.

I also bought some stuffed animals. From left to right, they are: Swirly the Cow, Mack the Bulldog, Bandana the puppy, Chico the Chihuahua, Westie the Terrier.

These are some Build-A-Bear clothes I got in the Ty case.

Pinecones

This is something I got from my Explorers Club at school. It is a pinecone tied on a piece of yarn. 

This is another one that we put shortening on then bird seed.  I put it in a tree at my house for the birds to eat.

Dolly

This is a Dream Pet that I own. It's name is Dolly; it is a Dachshund.  It is adorable! I love it so much. I got it for Christmas last year. Every year Santa Claus brings me a Dream Pet. I'll try to show my other ones soon.

St. Patrick's Day Clovers

I got this kit with a book. It is a kit to grow a Shamrock plant. I added water to special dirt. It started to grow.

About 10 minutes later it looked like this!

The seeds are this tiny!

I put the seeds in the dirt and covered it. 

This is it a couple days ago. The seeds are growing!
