Pinecones

This is something I got from my Explorers Club at school. It is a pinecone tied on a piece of yarn. 

This is another one that we put shortening on then bird seed.  I put it in a tree at my house for the birds to eat.

    I know the birds will love it. Hope you've seen some gathered around your pine cone for a snack!
